MOBLING+ DIAMOND GLASS SCREEN PROTECTOR TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF LIMITED WARRANTY


Pacificomm Group Limited (“Pacificomm”) agrees to provide this Limited Warranty for the Mobling+ Diamond Glass Screen Protector (“Mobling+ Screen Protector”) on the terms and conditions below:

Commencement and Period of cover


Provided you meet the requirements in these terms and conditions this Limited Warranty will commence on the date you purchased your Mobling+ Screen Protector.  The Limited Warranty will be effective for 12 months from the original date of purchase (“Limited Warranty Period”) and will be limited to one claim during the Limited Warranty Period.


Requirement to register your warranty

In order for this Limited Warranty to be validated you will need to register your Limited Warranty a twww.pacificomm.co.nz/screenwarranty  (the “Website”) within 3 months from the original date of purchase.  During registration you must include a photographic image of the invoice and IMEI number on the mobile device you will be using with the Mobling+ Screen Protector (“Protected Device”).  You will receive an email confirming registration of your limited warranty.  If you do not receive a confirmation email within 48 hours of registering, please contact us using the contact details provided on the Website.

Failure to register will void the Limited Warranty.   This Limited Warranty is non-transferrable and only applies to the original purchaser.


What is covered?

Provided the Mobling+ Screen Protector has been installed on the Protected Device in accordance with the instructions contained on the Mobling+ Screen Protector’s packaging then the Limited Warranty guarantees the screen of the Protected Device will be protected from accidental damage in the form of cracks or scratches.  Should a defect in the Mobling+ Screen Protector result in accidental damage to the screen of the Protected Device, Pacificomm agrees to reimburse you for the cost of repairing the screen of the Protected Device to the value of $200 NZD in accordance with the steps set out below.

What are the steps you should take to redeem your Limited Warranty cover if there is accidental damage to your Protected Device?

1.       Go to the Website and follow the instructions;

2.       You will need to provide us with a photo of the damaged Protected Device for approval;

3.       Pacificomm will review the information you have provided and if these Limited Warranty conditions have been satisfied, we will send you a we will send you a Visa Prezzy Card to the value of $200 NZD, to the address provided on the Website.


Exclusions

Your Protected Device must have the Mobling+ Screen Protector installed and in place at the time the Protected Device was damaged.  We strongly recommend using a Mobling+ case to protect the edges of the Protected Device in conjunction with the Mobling+ Screen Protector.  The Limited Warranty does not cover: a) depreciation, destruction or damage arising from normal wear and tear or superficial scratching that does not affect the functionality of the Protected Device; b) Screen breakage resulting from catastrophic damage that renders the Protected Device inoperable, including but not limited to liquid damage and destruction of the Protected Device;  d) Loss of use or any consequential loss arising from loss, destruction or damage of the Protected Device; or e) Any loss of or damage to information or data or software contained in or stored on the Protected Device whether arising directly or indirectly as a result of a claim.

If any claim is in any respect fraudulent or if fraudulent means or deception is used by you or any person acting on your behalf to obtain any benefit under this Limited Warranty all benefit under this Limited Warranty shall be forfeited.
